Description: City Of Clayton Planning Commission Will Conduct a Public Study Session to Review the City of Clayton Community Development Department's Workflow of Land Use Applications and Entitlements. CEQA: The project is Categorically Exempt from CEQA Guidelines Section 15378 as an administrative activity of the government that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
