BUTTE COUNTY ZONING ADMINISTRATOR NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Butte County Zoning Administrator will hold a public hearing at 7 County Center Drive, Oroville, CA, on April 29, 2026 at 10:00 am. Public comments will be accepted inperson at the meeting or may be submitted prior to the meeting. Use the following information to remotely view the Zoning Administrator meeting. The Butte County Planning Commission adopted a common sense exemption for the project pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act and approved TPM23-0009 on April 25, 2024 which is set to expire on April 25, 2026. The project site is located at 82 Harvey Rd. Cohasset CA 95973, approximately 0.15 miles from Vilas Rd., and 6.7 miles northeast of City of Chico. TPM23-0009 proposed division of a 12.80-acre parcel (APN: 056-140-082) into two resultant parcels (Parcel 1 to be about 5.0 acres and Parcel 2 to be about 7.8 acres in size). Both parcels will be served by individual well and wastewater systems. Parcel 1 will be accessed off county-maintained Harvey Rd and Parcel 2 will gain access via easement through Parcel 1.
