PUBLIC HEARING RESOLUTION AMENDING EXHIBIT A TO RESOLUTION NO. 78-6042 ESTABLISHING FEES AND CHARGES FOR VARIOUS MUNICIPAL SERVICES AND PROGRAMS IN THE CITY OF CONCORD NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Concord will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on a Resolution Amending Exhibit A to Resolution No. 78-6042 establishing fees and charges for various municipal services and programs in the City of Concord, including, but not limited to: Proposed increases to City fees for services and programs, includ- ing the Residential Rent Registry program. Proposed increases of Solid Waste rates (previously approved pursuant to Resolution No. 22-6042). Proposed periodic increases of sewer rates (previously approved pursuant to Resolution No. 23-6042.2). The PUBLIC HEARING will be held in the Council Chamber, located at 1950 Parkside Drive, on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. (or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard) at which time and place interested persons may appear and be heard. All information regarding the increased fees is publicly available for review at the City at 1950 Parkside Drive, Concord, CA 94519. Further details for viewing and participating in the April 28, 2026 City Council meeting will be published in the meeting agenda. Any judicial action or proceeding to attack, review, set aside, void, validate, or annul an ordinance, resolution, or motion adopting a fee or charge described in or subject to Government Code sections 66012, 66013, or 66014, or modifying or amending such fees, shall be commenced within 120 days of the effective date or of the date of the final passage, adoption, or approval of the ordinance, resolution, or motion, whichever is later.
