NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF CORTE MADERA TOWN Council Chambers 300 Tamalpais drive, CORTE MADERA, CA 94925 APRIL 21, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Apil 21, 2026, at 6:30PM, in a meeting to be held in person in the Town Council Chambers, 300 Tamalpais Drive Corte Madera, a public hearing will be held before the Town Council in order to consider the adoption of an increase to garbage fees. The Corte Madera Town Council will discuss and consider the adoption of a Resolution finding no objection to a proposed 2.20% rate increase requested by Mill Valley Refuse Service, Inc (MVRS) for the delivery of solid waste collection and recycling services from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. All persons interested in the foregoing are invited to either appear before the Corte Madera Town Council at the time, day and meeting place mentioned above or view and participate in the meeting remotely via Zoom Videoconference/Teleconference by following the Town's guidelines on how to attend the hybrid meeting www.cortemadera.gov/908/AttendingWatchingLivePublicMeetings Please be advised that those participating in the meeting remotely via Zoom do so at their own risk. The Town Council meeting will not be cancelled if any technical problems occur during the meeting. If you challenge this item in court you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the Public Hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Town of Corte Madera at, or prior to the Public Hearing. Correspondence can also be sent to publiccomment@cortemadera.gov All written responses will become part of the public record.
