LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO, CALIFORNIA, on May 12, 2026, at 6:45 p.m. in the Cupertino Community Hall, 10350 Torre Avenue and via a teleconference is hereby given. The following application(s) for action by the City Council will be heard: 1. Application No.(s) ASA-2025-016, TM-2025-033, & TR-2025-008 Applicant: SummerHill Homes, LLC Location: 10268 Bandley Drive (APNs.:326 33 097) Development of 27 three story townhome condominiums, including 5 affordable units, with associated site improvements, to replace a commercial office building on a 1.55 acre site, located mid-block on Bandley Drive between Mariani Avenue and Lazaneo Drive. Environmental Recommendation: Statutorily Exemption All environmental documents for the described applications are available for public review at the Cupertino Community Development Department, 10300 Torre Avenue, Cupertino, California, 95014. If you challenge the action of the City Council in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Cupertino at, or prior to, the public hearing.
