NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE DIXON FIRE PROECTION DISTRICT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Dixon Fire Protection District ("District") will conduct a public hearing at a regular meeting on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. to consider a resolution concerning the approval of an updated District Fee Schedule based on the updated Cost of Services (User Fee) Study prepared by Matrix Consulting Group for the City of Dixon in 2022. The Public Hearing shall be held at the Dixon Fire Protection District located at 205 Ford Way, Dixon, California 95620. Members of the public are invited to provide comment at the public hearing, or, in writing, which is received on or before the close of the public hearing. Upon request, the agenda and the documents in the meeting agenda packet can be made available to persons with a disability. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the District encourages those with disabilities to participate fully in the regular meeting process. Any person requiring special assistance to participate in the meeting should call (707) 678-7060 at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the meeting. Any person challenging in court the decision made at the conclusion of the public hearing may be limited to raising only those issues raised at such hearing or in correspondence delivered to the District prior to the close of such hearing. Information on this matter may be obtained at the District Office located at the Dixon Fire Department, 205 Ford Way, Dixon, California, 95620, at least three (3) days before the meeting. Interested individuals will be given an opportunity to speak in favor of, or opposition to, the above proposed action.
