NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING EL CERRITO CITY COUNCIL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the El Cerrito City Council will conduct a public hearing on the question of the levy of the proposed annual assessment. A summary of the report was posted on the City's Website at https://elcerritoca.portal.civicclerk.com/event/932/overview on April 21, 2026. All interested persons are referred to this report for a full and detailed description of the improvements, the boundaries of the Assessment District, and the proposed assessments upon assessable lots and parcels of land within the Assessment District. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that said hearing will be held on Tuesday, May 5, 2026 at 6:00 p.m., or thereafter in the City Council Chambers, located at El Cerrito City Hall, 10890 San Pablo Avenue (and via zoom) at which time and place any and all persons interested may be heard thereon. Additional information can be found in the meeting materials at www.elcerrito.gov/LegislativeBodyMaterials available at least 72 hours before the meeting. Any person wishing to submit public comments regarding the topic of the public hearings may do so by attending in person or via zoom using the information on the meeting agenda; or submitting in writing to cityclerk@elcerrito.gov.
