Public hearing on new or revised user fees scheduled for April 14, 2026.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ADOPTING NEW OR REVISED USER FEES (GOV. CODE SECTION 66018) On April 14, 2026, in the Solano County Board of Supervisors' Chambers, located at 675 Texas Street, Fairfield, California, the Solano County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing at 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, to adopt by resolution FY2026/27 user fees or revised existing user fees. Fees are based on the average time it takes to perform a specific service multiplied by the composite hourly rate to recover direct operational and indirect administrative overhead costs for providing the service. The following departments are proposing changes to their fee schedule through increases and/or decreases to some of all fees, or the addition of new fees, as stated below: 1.
