NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING (Planning Commission) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Solano County Planning Commission will hold a PUBLIC HEARING to consider the request of 8402 QCR, LLC c/o Gregory L. McCoy, Esq. to appeal the Notice of Violation (NOV) dated April 17, 2026, issued by the Solano County Department of Resource Management, referencing the Solano County Code 28.70.10, that all uses of land shall be conducted in a manner to prevent glint or glare beyond the property line. The parcel is in the Exclusive Agriculture (A-20) zoning district. The property is located at 8402 Quail Canyon Rd., APN: 0101-090-270. (Project Planner: Allan Calder, 707-784-6765). The hearing will be held on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Board of Supervisors Chambers, County Administration Center, 1st Floor, 675 Texas Street, Fairfield, California.
