NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Fort Bragg City Council will conduct a public hearing at a regular meeting to be held at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, on Monday, March 23, 2026, at Town Hall, southwest corner of Main and Laurel Streets (363 N. Main Street), Fort Bragg, California 95437. The public meeting will concern the following item: RECEIVE REPORT, CONDUCT PUBLIC HEARING, AND CONSIDER ADOPTION OF FORT BRAGG CITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF THE ALLEY ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF OAK STREET BETWEEN FRANKLIN AND MAIN STREETS AND APPROVAL OF QUITCLAIM DEED Public Comment regarding this Public Meeting may be made in any of the following ways: (1) Emailed to cityclerk@fortbragg ca.gov (2) Written comments delivered to City Hall, 416 N. Franklin Street before 2:00 PM on the day of the meeting; or (3) Verbal comments made during the meeting, either in person at Town Hall or virtually using Zoom if a Zoom link is provided at the time of agenda publication. Comments received via email will be provided to the City Council and reflected in the packet. Comments will not be read verbally at the meeting. All comments received after 2:00 PM on the day of the meeting will become a permanent part of the agenda packet on the day after the meeting or as soon thereafter as possible, exempt comments are those in an unrecognized file type or too large to upload to City Agenda software. Staff reports and other documents that will be considered by City Council will be made available for review on the City's website: https://cityfortbragg.legis tar.com/Calendar.aspx, at least 72 hours prior to the City Council meeting, and are also available for review and/or copying during normal office hours at Fort Bragg City Hall, 416 N.
