NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THEFOUNTAIN VALLEY CITY COUNCIL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., or soon thereafter, in the City Council Chamber, 10200 Slater Avenue, Fountain Valley, California, the Fountain Valley City Council will conduct a Public Hearing on the following item:1. ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 14.18 OF THE FOUNTAIN VALLEY MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO WATER CONSERVATIONAmendment of Chapter 14.18 of the Fountain Valley Municipal Code pertaining to Water Conservation to be consistent with the new statewide requirements established by Assembly Bill 1572 for prohibiting the irrigation of nonfunctional turf with potable water.All interested persons are invited to attend the above public hearing and be heard at the time and place specified above.
