PUBLIC NOTICE In accordance with the Transparent Review of Unjust Transfers and Holds (TRUTH) Act, Government Code section 7283.1(d), the County of Fresno Board of Supervisors (Board) will conduct a public community forum during the Board's regular meeting on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. in the Board Chambers, Hall of Records, Room 301, 2281 Tulare Street, Fresno, California. This community forum is open to the public to provide information to the public about United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement's (ICE) access to individuals and to receive and consider public comment. During the community forum, the Sheriff will provide a statistical report with information about ICE access to incarcerated individuals in the County Jail during 2025, which may include the number and demographic characteristics of individuals to whom the Sheriff's Office has provided ICE access, the date ICE access was provided, and whether the ICE access was provided through a hold, transfer, or notification request or through other means.
