CITY OF LARKSPUR NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Larkspur will hold a public hearing to consider the following: In accordance with GC Section 3502.3 (Assembly Bill 2561), a public agency must once per fiscal year present the status of vacancies, recruitment and retentions efforts at a Public Hearing before the adoption of an annual budget. HEARING BODY: Larkspur City Council TIME: 6:30 PM DATE: Wednesday, May 6, 2026 PLACE: Larkspur Landing Community Room 300 Drakes Landing Rd, Greenbrae CA 94904 All interested persons are invited to be present and be heard. Written communications may be directed to: cityclerk@cityoflarkspur.org, www.cityoflarkspur.org/comment, or City Clerk, 400 Magnolia Avenue, Larkspur, CA 94939. If you challenge the action described in this notice in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing, or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Larkspur at, or prior to, the public hearing. Access to meetings: Meeting facilities are accessible to persons with disabilities. If you require special assistance, please contact any staff member prior to the meeting. An interpreter for the deaf will also be made available upon request to the staff at least five days prior to the meeting.
