COUNTY OF KINGSNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT , the Kings County Board of Supervisors will conduct a Public Hearing to discuss the Rescission of Williamson Act Land Conservation Contract No. 661 and simultaneously enter into new Williamson Act Land Conservation Contract No. 2103 located within Agricultural Preserve No. 263 and identified as Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 028-080-017 and -016.PUBLIC HEARING DATE:April 28, 2026TIME:10:00 A.M.PLACE:Board of Supervisors Chambers – Administration Building #11400 W. Lacey Blvd, Hanford, CA 93230 During the hearing, any member of the public may be heard on matters regarding the proposed rescission of Williamson Act Land Conservation Contract No. 661 [Government Code Section 29080(c)]. If you challenge the above item in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or written correspondence delivered to the Board of Supervisors, at or prior to, the public hearing.The proposed rescission of Williamson Act Land Conservation Contract No. 661 is categorically exempt from environmental review pursuant to Section 15317 of the California Environmental Quality Act & CEQA Guidelines , and none of the circumstances in Section 15300.2 apply.Members of the public who wish to observe the meeting virtually can do so via the worldwide web at www.countyofkingsca.gov and click on the “Join Meeting” link.
