NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING IS HEREBY GIVEN that the PLANNING COMMISSION and the ALAMEDA COUNTY PLANNING DEPARTMENT will hold a public hearing on: MOBILEHOME PARK CLOSURE AND CONVERSION ORDINANCE Review draft ordinances creating a mobilehome park Closure and Conversion Ordinance to ensure that any proposed closure or conversion of an existing mobile home park to any other use will require a Conditional Use Permit, is preceded by adequate notice, that the social and fiscal impacts of the proposed closure or conversion are adequately defined prior to consideration of a proposed closure or conversion and that relocation and other assistance is provided to park residents as required by State law or other local ordinance. If you challenge the proposed application, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Planning Director at 224 W. Winton Ave., Rm. 111, Hayward, CA 94544 prior to the public hearing which will be entered into the record. The Planning Commission hearing will be held at: 6:00 p.m. on Monday, April 20, 2026 Meeting Site: Public Hearing Room 160, 224 W.
