NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing has been called and will be held by the City Council of the City of Hercules at a regular meeting on Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at 7:00 p.m.in the City Council Chambers of City Hall, 111 Civic Drive, Hercules, California to consider confirming the report of delinquent accounts and placing liens on said properties and special assessments upon property taxes pursuant to City of Hercules Municipal Code Section 5-2.01 to 5-2.16, Mandatory Garbage/Solid Waste Disposal. Payments can be made prior to the hearing date at Republic Services, 3260 Blume Drive, Suite 100, Richmond, CA 94806, Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. For online payments: www.RepublicServices.comand click on Pay Bill at the top of the homepage to pay on-line. You may also make a payment via Republic Services toll-free payment line at (877) 692-9729. For more information on past due accounts, please call Republic Services Customer Service Center at (510) 262-7100. Copies of the information regarding the public hearing item are available in the office of the City Clerk at City Hall or by calling (510) 799-8200. Public attendees may attend the meeting in-person or remotely through Zoom teleconferences options. Remote meeting participation information will be on the published agenda. You can provide public comment in person, via Zoom or submit your comment via email to the City Clerk by 3pm on Tuesday March 24th, 2026. If you challenge a decision of the City Council in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raise at the Council meeting or in written correspondence delivered at, or prior to, the Council meeting.
