City of Hesperia Notice of Public Hearing Planning Commission NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Public Hearings will be held before the Hesperia Planning Commission, City of Hesperia, California on the following date. DATE OF HEARING: 3/26/2026 (Thursday) TIMEOF HEARING: 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as Possible PLACE OF HEARING: City of Hesperia, Council Chambers, 9700 Seventh Avenue, Hesperia, CA 92345 FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSE: Consideration of a Conditional Use Permit, CUP24-00012 to construct a 5,915 square foot convenience store with off-sale of alcohol along with a 4,080 square foot fueling station canopy and 1,968 square foot drive thru carwash in conjunction with adoption of a mitigated negative declaration pursuant to the provisions of CEQA on a 2.36 acre site within the Neighborhood Commercial (NC) zone of the Main Street and Freeway Corridor Specific Plan located on the northwest corner of Phelan Road and HWY 395 (Applicant: AUE Energy LLC; APNs: 3064-401-10). Any person affected or concerned by these proposals may submit written comments to the Planning Department before the public hearing or appear and be heard in support of or in opposition to the proposals at the time of the public hearings. If you challenge these proposals in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you, or someone else raised at the public hearings described in this Public Hearing Notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Planning Department at, or prior to the public hearings.
