NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Stanislaus County Planning Commission (PC) will hold a meeting on THURS, APR. 16, 2026, at 6:00 PM, Joint Chambers, Basement Level, 1010 10th St., Modesto, CA, to consider: 1) UP APP. NO. PLN2025-0038 – ARREOLA TRUCKING – Request to permit an existing truck parking facility for up to 12 tractor-trailer combinations, on a 3.84-ac. parcel, in the Gen. Ag. (A-2-40) zoning district. The property is located @ 4136 Tegner Rd., btwn East Service Rd. & East Grayson Rd., in the Hughson area. APN: 045-005-038. 2) UP APP. NO. PLN2025-0049 – MADRIGAL – Request to permit an existing firewood cutting operation, on a 4.52± ac. parcel, in the Gen. Ag. (A-2-40) zoning district. The property is located @ 1201 Pauline Ave., btwn California Ave. & Maze Blvd., in the Modesto area. APN: 007-051-029. 3) UP & LLA APP. NO. PLN2025-0103 – LAYMAN – Request to construct, operate, & maintain a 2± ac. one-megawatt (MW) photovoltaic (PV) solar energy farm, on an 11.08± ac. parcel (APN 004-017-028), in the Gen. Ag. (A-2-40) zoning district. A request to adjust the lot lines btwn the project site & an adjacent parcel (APN 004-017-038) is being processed concurrently. The property is located @ 1400 & 1482 St. Francis Ave, btwn Tully Rd. and Carver Rd., in the Modesto area. APN's: 004-017-028 & 004-017-038. 4) GENERAL PLAN (GP) CONSISTENCY FINDING FOR GRAYSON WELL DISPOSITION – A request to consider consistency of the Grayson Well Disposition with the Stanislaus County GP. This item is to be heard as "Other Matters" by the PC & is not a regularly scheduled public hearing. This project is exempt from CEQA.
