PLN2025-0116 – MARCHY DORSETT – Request to expand an existing almond hulling operation, located on an 18.27± ac. parcel, with upgraded hulling equipment & a new shop building, & to allow for the storage of almonds & almond hulls & shells on 2 adjacent parcels totaling 67.57± acs., in the Gen. Ag. (A-2-40) zoning district. The property is located @ 11131 & 11137 John Fox Rd., btwn Swanson and Sperry Rds., in the Hughson/Waterford area. APNs: 019-007-018, -019, & -020.
