CITY OF INDIO NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Indio, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 beginning at 4:00 p.m. The public hearing will be held in person at 100 Civic Center Drive, Indio, CA 92201, to consider the following: Public Hearing Item: Introduction of Ordinance No. 1832 (“City of Indio Electrical Infrastructure Adequacy and Development Standards Ordinance”) as Chapter 164 of the Indio Municipal Code; and, Adoption of Resolution No. 10560 Establishing Fees pursuant to the Ordinance. City Council meetings may be viewed via Livestream, Facebook Live, or YouTube. Please note: In the meeting of technical difficulties with the livestream or broadcast, the meeting will proceed as scheduled, provided the physical meeting location remains open and accessible to the public. Interested persons wishing to express their views on the hearing item(s) referenced above may participate by providing verbal or written comments as follows: Written Comments : Written comments may be emailed to the City Clerk at cityclerk@indio.org. Comments will be distributed to the City Council and posted on the agenda portal. Written comments will not be read during public comment. Verbal Comments : Oral testimony can be provided in person by submitting a comment card to the City Clerk.
