CITY OF LEMON GROVENOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Lemon Grove will hold a public hearing to consider an appeal (AA2-500-0001) of the Community Development Manager’s Decision to deny Minor Use Permit No. MUP-250-0001, a request for Early Separation Findings for a Regulated Use (Medical Marijuana Dispensary (MMD)) at 8280 Broadway in the Heavy Commercial (HC) zone pursuant to Section 17.28.020(O) of the Lemon Grove Municipal Code. The sole purpose of this MUP appeal application is to determine if the application meets or does not meet required separation requirements. The proposed use would require an application for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) and a public hearing prior to granting permission to operate a MMD.
