Public Notice Lemoore Union Elementary and High School DistrictsNotice of Public HearingsProposed Increase in Level 1 School Facilities Fees Please take notice that the Governing Boards of the Lemoore Union Elementary and High School Districts (Boards) will conduct public hearings to consider the adoption of a proposed increase of their Level 1 school facilities fees. The Lemoore Union Elementary School District Board will hold its hearing at the Board meeting to be held at 7:00 pm on May 12, 2026, in the Board Room at the District Office located at 1200 W. Cinnamon Drive, Lemoore, California. The Lemoore Union High School District Board will hold its hearing at the regular Board meeting to be held at 5:00 pm on May 21, 2026, in the Board Room at the District Office located at 5 Powell Avenue, Lemoore, California. Further take notice that following their respective public hearings, the Boards will consider resolutions to increase their Level 1 fees. The fees will be used for the purpose of funding the construction or reconstruction of school facilities. The Development Fee Justification Study with the data supporting the proposed increase of the school facilities fees will be available for review on May 1, 2026.
