NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Live Oak will conduct a public hearing by the City Council on April 15, 2026 at 6:00 P.M. in City Hall, 9955 Live Oak Blvd., Live Oak, CA, to review updates to Planning fees, Parks & Recreation fees, and other fees as applicable. The purpose of the public hearing will be to give citizens an opportunity to object or protest or to provide other relevant information regarding these proposed updates of fees. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, you may mail a written protest to City of Live Oak, 9955 Live Oak Blvd., Live Oak, CA 95953. Written protests must be received no later than 1:00 P.M. on April 14, 2026. In addition, information is available for review at the above address between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on weekdays. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City of Live Oak encourages those with disabilities to participate fully in the public hearing process.
