Jack Tone Rd., Lockeford CA 95237 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Lockeford Community Services District will hold a public hearing commencing at 9 a.m. or thereafter on April 9, 2026, in the Old School House at 19456 N. Jack Tone Road, Lockeford, California, for the Board of Directors to consider adopting Resolution 26-03, continuing the District’s previously declared water shortage emergency and water service moratorium. All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing and present comments on the proposed Resolution. If adopted, the Resolution would continue the established rules and regulations limiting new or additional water service connections, meters, or other water hookups except under certain circumstances. Further information concerning the hearing and the proposed Resolution may be obtained from Eric Schmid at lcsd@softcom.net .The Board of Directors will consider all written and oral comments, and District customers will have the opportunity to be heard to present their comments to the Board of Directors.WRITTEN COMMENTS may also be submitted by 12:00 PM on April 8, 2026, to the Secretary of the Board via email at lcsd@softcom.net , or via mail to Lockeford Community Services District, P.O.
