NOTICE OF FY 2025 IMPACT FEE ANNUAL & FIVE-YEAR REPORTS On March 17, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. in the Civic Chambers at 411 West Ocean Blvd., Long Beach, California, 90802, the Annual and Five-year impact fee reports will be received by the City Council with a recommendation to adopt a resolution approving the reports for the Transportation Improvement Fee, Parks and Recreation Facilities Fee, Fire Facilities Impact Fee, Police Facilities Impact Fee, and the Sensitive Coastal Resource Impact Fee. The reports provide information on what the fees are, the fund balance of each fund, how the money was spent in the prior fiscal year, and planned uses for impact fee revenue. The City will not be adopting any adjustments to impact fee rates during this meeting.
