Interested persons wishing to express their views on the proposed plan of finance or on the nature and location of the facilities proposed to be financed may attend the hearing by dialing (844) 8542222 and entering pass code 920111 at the prompt, or, prior to the time of the hearing, submit written comments via email to info1@cmfaca.com by 5:00 p.m. Pacific time on the business day prior to the hearing.
