NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE GOVERNING BOARD OF THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY AFFORDABLE HOUSING SOLUTIONS AGENCY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 6586.5 of the California Government Code, that the Governing Board (the ``Board``) of the Los Angeles County Affordable Housing Solutions Agency (the ``Agency``) will hold a public hearing during a regular meeting on April 15, 2026, beginning at 11:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard at the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California Headquarters, Boardroom, 700 N. Alameda Street, Los Angeles, California 90012, to hear and accept public testimony of all interested parties for the following purpose: To consider the financing of affordable housing projects within the County of Los Angeles, by the issuance and sale of Measure A sales tax revenue bonds through a joint powers agency, and to determine the significant public benefits to the Agency from the proposed financing, including demonstrable savings to the Agency from the issuance and sale of such bonds. Additional information about the Agency's funding availability and projects eligible for awards is available at www.lacahsa.gov/nofa. Any interested person may attend the public hearing and be heard during public comment or present written comments to the Board Clerk prior to the start of the public hearing item. The Board may continue the public hearing to a date certain, including to its next regular meeting, currently scheduled for May 13 at 11:00 a.m., in order to consider additional project funding awards.
