MAIN STREET AND VIA TELECONFERENCE SUBJECT: 241 Los Gatos Boulevard Request for Review Application PHST-26-009 Consider an Appeal of the Community Development Director's Decision to Deny a Request to Remove a Pre-1941 Property from the Historic Resources Inventory for Property Zoned R-1:D. APN 529-24-025. Exempt Pursuant to CEQA Guidelines, Section 15061 (b)(3). Property Owner/Applicant/Appellant: Nima Rouhi. Project Planner: Erin Walters. IMPORTANT NOTICES: This is a hybrid meeting and will be held in-person at the location listed on the agenda and virtually through the Zoom webinar application. Members of the public may provide public comments during the public hearing in-person or virtually through the Zoom webinar, by following the instructions listed on the meeting agenda. The live stream of the meeting may be viewed on television and/or online at www.LosGatosCA.gov/TownYouTube. The Town encourages the public to send in written comments via email to Planning@losgatosca.gov. Comments will be reviewed and distributed before the meeting if received by 11:00 a.m. on the day of the meeting. All comments received will become part of the record. PLEASE NOTE: This item may be withdrawn or rescheduled at the discretion of the applicant or the Town. Members of the public are advised to check the final meeting agenda, which will be posted no later than 72 hours before the meeting at: https://losgatos-ca.municodemeetings.com/.
