NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE MARIN COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of the Marin County Flood Control and Water Conservation District will hold a public hearing on the potential dissolution of Flood Zone 10 Inverness a during the regular meeting of the District Board of Supervisors on May 5, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter. Comments may be heard with respect to the proposed Zone 10 dissolution at the May 5, 2026, public hearing. Affected property owners may submit written protests with respect to the proposed dissolution. See instructions at https://www.marincounty.gov/departments/board/makecommentboardsupervisorsmeeting for participating in a meeting and submitting comments. To be counted in determining whether a majority protest is established, such written protests must be received by the County Clerk in Room 330 not later than 9:00 a.m. on May 4, 2026. If written protests against the dissolution are presented by a majority of affected property owners, then the resolution to dissolve the zone shall not be adopted.
