YUBA COUNTY WATER AGENCY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER ADOPTION
OF THE 2025 AGRICULTURAL WATER
MANAGEMENT PLAN


PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Directors of Yuba County Water Agency ("Agency") will hold a public hearing commencing at 9:00 a.m. on March 17, 2026, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Chambers of the Yuba County Board of Supervisors at the Yuba County Government Center, 915 8th Street, Marysville, California 95901 to consider the adoption of the 2025 Agricultural Water Management Plan (AWMP) in accordance with the Water Conservation Act of 2009 (SB 7-7X), Assembly Bill 1668 of 2018, related to Wa-ter Management Planning, and the Agricultural Water Measurement Requirements under Title 23 of the CCR. Fol-lowing the public hearing, the Agency may take action to adopt the plan. Interested parties are encouraged to attend the public hearing.

The draft of the AWMP will be available for public inspec-tion in hard copy format from March 2 through March 17, 2026 at the Agency office located at 1220 F Street, Marys-ville, CA 95901 and on the Agency’s website at https://www.yubawater.org/280/Agricultural-Water-Management-Plan . At the public hearing, there will be an opportunity for pub-lic comment on the 2025 Agricultural Water Management Plan. Written comments may be submitted by the close of business on March 16, 2026 to the Agency at 1220 F Street, Marysville, California 95901.
