Legal Notice A Non-Industrial Timber Management Plan (NTMP), which is in the Upper Greenwood Creek Watershed, is being prepared for submission to CAL FIRE. The project involves selection timber harvesting on approximately 242 acres. The proposed plan is located in portions of Sections 21 and 28 T14 N, R15W, MDBM and in the Upper Greenwood Creek Watershed (Cal Water V2.2 1113.610003). The watershed includes Greenwood Creek, the South Fork of Greenwood Creek, and unnamed tributaries to these creeks. If you have any knowledge of surface-fed domestic water supplies within or downstream of the proposed harvest area, please notify Roger Sternberg, RPF, P.O.
