NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING MILL VALLEY SCHOOL DISTRICT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the GOVERNING BOARD of the MILL VALLEY SCHOOL DISTRICT, at its regularly scheduled meeting to be held on April 16, 2026, will hold a public hearing to review, consider and potentially adopt its Developer Fee Justification Study and increase of Developer Fees on residential development and commercial/industrial development in accordance with Government Code Sections 66006 and 66001. The proposed Developer Fee increases comply with the January 28, 2026, action taken by the State Allocation Board ("SAB"), pursuant to Government Code section 65995, wherein SAB adjusted the maximum Level 1 Developer Fees effective January 2026. The Developer Fee Justification Study is available for review at the Mill Valley School District located at 411 Sycamore Avenue, Mill Valley, CA 94941. Contact smurphy@mvschools.org or 415-389-7700. At the meeting, the Governing Board will consider a resolution to levy and collect the Developer Fees as specified above.
