NOTICE HEREBY IS GIVEN that a mobilehome registered to DAVID L. HALL, and described as a 1975 JEFFERSON mobilehome, Decal Number LAK3598, Serial Number S5783U / S5783X, Label/Insignia Number 155693 / 155694, and stored on property owned by Carefree Communities CA LLC ("Friendly Village of Modesto"), at 2621 Prescott Road, Modesto, CA 95350, Stanislaus County (specifically, those goods located/stored at Space #72 within the park), will be sold by public auction at the Friendly Village of Modesto on May 8, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. and such succeeding sale days as may be necessary, and the proceeds of the sale will be applied to the satisfaction of the lien, including the reasonable charges of notice, advertisement, and sale, as well as costs and attorney's fees pursuant to contract, statute, and/or law.
This sale is by public auction on a certified funds basis (money orders, cashier's or traveler's checks only).
