PLACE: Council Chamber, Few Memorial Hall of Records, 580 Pacific St., Monterey, CA 93940 with additional teleconference participation due to COVID-19. Please see agenda when posted* for details on teleconference participation. SUBJECT: Recommend the City Council Amend the Monterey City Code to Prohibit Roosters (Not a Project Under CEQA per Article 20, Section 15378 and Under General Rule Article 5, Section 15061) DETAILED INFORMATION: On file and available by contacting the Planning Department, 570 Pacific Street Address, 831-646-3885. Materials will be included in the agenda packet when published.* PUBLIC INPUT: Any interested person or an authorized agent may appear and be heard.
