NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF PRELIMINARY BUDGET Moss Landing Harbor District For Immediate Release Tuesday, April 28, 2026 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 22, 2026, at a regular meeting duly noticed and called, the Board of Harbor Commissioners of the Moss Landing Harbor District adopted a Preliminary Budget for the District for the Fiscal Year 2026-2027. A copy of the preliminary Budget is available at the offices of the Moss Landing Harbor District, 7881 Sandholdt Road, Moss Landing, Ca 95039 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding certain holidays. Written comments will be received during the public review period from April 28, 2026 through May 27, 2026. On May 27, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Moss Landing Harbor District Office, 7881 Sandholdt Road, Moss Landing, California, the Board of Harbor Commissioners will meet at a duly noticed regular meeting for the purpose of fixing the Final Budget; and any taxpayer may appear and be heard regarding the increase, decrease, or omission of any item in the budget or for the inclusion of additional items.
