La Luna Avenue, Ojai Environmental Review: Categorically Exempt per CEQA Guidelines Section 15315 (Minor Land Divisions) Date Application Filed: October 13, 2025 Project Description: The Subdivider requests that a TPM be granted to subdivide a 2.08-acre gross parcel into two separate parcels. Parcel 1 would be 1.61 acres and Parcel 2 would be 0.47 acres. Parcel 1 is developed, and Parcel 2 is undeveloped. No new development or ground disturbance is proposed as part of the TPM. The project is provided water service by the Meiners Oaks Water District and wastewater service by the Ojai Valley Sanitation District. Access to both parcels is provided by an existing easement that connects to South La Luna Avenue.
