NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING?PROPOSED DIRECT ASSESSMENT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the United Water Conservation District ("District") will hold a public hearing to consider the levy of a proposed direct assessment against certain parcels of real property within the District that have delinquent groundwater account balances.
The proposed assessment is authorized under applicable provisions of California law, including the California Water Code, including Division 21 (Water Conservation District Law), and related statutory authorities governing the levy and collection of charges and assessments by water conservation districts.
