CITY OF PINOLE PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at or after 5:30 P.M. the City Council of the City of Pinole will hold a Public Hearing in the matter of: Considering a Resolution adopting the required findings pursuant to Government Code section 4217 approving a sole-source energy services contract with Serious Controls for the installation of two battery energy storage systems at the Pinole Youth Center (635 Tennent Ave./APN: 401141014) and Pinole Tiny Tots/Swim Center (2450 Simas. Ave/APN: 360332023) and authorizing the City Manager to execute the agreement with Serious Controls. Any person wishing to speak to the City Council on this matter is invited to attend the meeting in-person or submit comments to the City Clerk at comment@pinole.gov prior to 3:00pm on May 5, 2026. Instructions on how to join the Zoom Teleconference to provide comments orally during the public hearing are contained in the agenda for the meeting. Copies of the text of the proposed resolution will be available for public review as part of the City Council agenda and meeting packet no later than April 30, 2026 by 5:00pm and also on the City's website: https://www.ci.pinole.ca.us/city_government/city_council/agendas_and_minutes.
