NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County of El Dorado ("County") intends to conduct a public hearing on May 19, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. or thereafter to consider adoption of an updated Fire Impact Nexus Study and a resolution revising development impact mitigation fees on behalf of the Lake Valley Fire Protection District ("District”) pursuant to the Mitigation Fee Act (Cal. Gov. Code §66000 et seq.) and El Dorado County Ordinance Code, Chapter 13.20, for the purpose of funding the cost of fire protection and equipment needed due to new development in the District. The current fee has been developed in accordance with a Fire Development Impact Fee Justification Study. The proposed fees are as follows:Residential DevelopmentFee Per Living Area Sq. Ft.
