CITY OF POMONANOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGCITY COUNCIL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Pomona will hold a public hearing at a City Council Meeting on Monday, April 20, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. to receive and consider all evidence and reports relative to proposed the amendments to Sections 30-551 and 30-563 of the Pomona Municipal Code Relating to Fees Associated with Mobile Home Rent Adjustment Petitions. These amendments would authorize the City Council to establish a fee schedule and require applicants to pay a petition fee at the time of submission.The fee schedule, which will be adopted by Council Resolution, is shown below:CITY OF POMONA MOBILE HOME RENT ADJUSTMENT PETITION FEES TypeAmountCapital Improvement Petition$10,500 per petitionFair Return Petition$25,000 per petitionHomeowner Petition$100 per petition All interested parties are invited to attend said hearing and express their views on this matter.
