NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A Public Hearing will be held by the Tule East Groundwater Sustainability Agency Joint Powers Authority, on Wednesday, March 11, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. at the City of Porterville Centennial Plaza Conference Room (15 E. Thurman Avenue, Suite D, Porterville, California, 93257), to consider a resolution authorizing the City of Porterville to be included in the jurisdiction of the Tule East Groundwater Sustainability Agency. Pursuant to California Water Code section 10723(b), the governing Board shall hold a public hearing to consider and determine whether the City of Porterville will join the Tule East Groundwater Sustainability Agency.
