AMARILLO MUTUAL WATER COMPANY NOTICE OF ANNUAL SHAREHOLDER MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of the Shareholders of Amarillo Mutual Water Company, a California corporation, will be held at the Company’s office located at 2630 San Gabriel Blvd., Suite 201, Rosemead, California, on Thursday, May 14, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss matters relating to the Company’s water delivery system, to consider any business that may properly come before the meeting, and to address any matters previously postponed from prior Shareholder meetings.
