Notice of PUBLIC HEARING Town Council, Town of RossThursday, April 2, 2026, at 6:00 PMNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Council of the Town of Ross will conduct a public hearing at a regular meeting on Thursday, April 2, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matters can be heard to consider proposed changes to the Town’s Fee Schedule to be held at Town Hall, 31 Sir Francis Drake Boulevard, Ross, California , or as otherwise noticed.The proposed action would update and revise certain fees charged by the Town for municipal services, permits, and administrative functions. The purpose of the fee adjustments is to ensure that fees reasonably reflect the cost of providing services and are intended to recover the reasonable costs incurred by the Town in providing these services.In accordance with California Government Code Section 66016 , data indicating the amount of cost, or estimated cost, required to provide the services for which the fees are proposed to be charged, and the revenue sources anticipated to provide the services, are available for public review at Ross Town Hall, 31 Sir Francis Drake Boulevard, Ross, California , during regular business hours (9am-12pm), and on the Town’s website at www.townofross.org , at least ten (10) days prior to the public hearing.Members of the public are invited to attend the meeting and provide comments.
