NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING2025 REGIONAL URBAN WATER MANAGEMENT PLANAND WATER SHORTAGE CONTINGENCY PLAN BYROWLAND WATER DISTRICT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rowland Water District Board of Directors will conduct a PUBLIC HEARING for the purposes of adopting its 2025 Regional Urban Water Management Plan and its Water Shortage Contingency Plan.Information regarding the PUBLIC HEARING is as follows: Date: Tuesday, May 19, 2026Time: 6:00 p.m.Location: 3021 Fullerton Road, Rowland Heights, CA 91748 The 2025 Regional Urban Water Management Plan and Water Shortage Contingency Plan were prepared pursuant to the “Urban Water Management Planning Act” and the California Water Code. The California Department of Water Resources requires every urban water supplier to prepare and adopt an Urban Water Management Plan, including the Water Shortage Contingency Plan, and periodically update the Urban Water Management Plan at least once every five years, in years ending in six and one. Rowland Water District welcomes and encourages all interested entities participation at the public hearing. A copy of Rowland Water District’s Public Draft 2025 Urban Water Management Plan and Water Shortage Contingency Plan will be available for review prior to the public hearing and adoption meeting. The documents may be reviewed at Rowland Water District’s office located at 3021 Fullerton Road, Rowland Heights, CA 91748, and can be accessed online at www.rwd.org. Written comments may be submitted prior to or at the public hearing.
