CITY OF SAN DIMAS Planning Commission NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING APPLICATION PROJECT Municipal Code Text Amendment 2502 DESCRIPTION : PROJ250011 Consideration and Discussion of a Municipal Code Text Amendment, a request to amend the San Dimas Municipal Code, Title 18, as necessary to provide clarity on the existing provisions for conditional use permits, introduce citywide procedures and uses for minor conditional use permits, modify the appeal period, and modify definitions. PROJECT ADDRESS: Citywide ENVIRONMENTAL: Pursuant to CEQA guidelines Section 15061 (b)(3), CEQA does not apply to this item because there is no potential for causing a significant effect on the environment. Therefore, no additional environmental review is needed at this time. If you are unable or do not desire to attend, you also have the opportunity to submit written comments in favor of or in opposition to this project. Correspondence should be addressed to the City of San Dimas, Community Development Department, 245 East Bonita Avenue, San Dimas, CA 91773. All comments must be received by no later than 4:00 p.m. on April 16, 2026, to ensure that the Planning Staff has time to print the emails and type verbal comments prior to the beginning of the meeting. A detailed description of the subject application is on file in the Planning Division at City Hall.
