NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Santa Cruz will hold a public hearing to consider the adoption of the Active Transportation Plan (ATP) and determination that this action is statutorily exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Public Resources Code Section 21080.20 on Tuesday, April 28th, on or after the hour of 12:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers City Hall, 809 Center Street, Santa Cruz, CA. The ATP covers the entire city and includes restriping of streets, improvements to sidewalks, multiuse paths, and bike facilities, and crossing improvements. All persons who may be interested are hereby invited to present oral or written statements at or before said hearing. Written comments may be submitted to the Principal Transportation Planner at cgallogly@santacruzca.gov until April 27, 2026, before 4PM. To watch or make comments, you can attend in the Council Chambers or find viewing instructions at: https://www.santacruzca.gov/Government/City-Council/Council-Meetings.
