NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF SARATOGA Notice is hereby given that the City Clerk of the City of Saratoga State of California has set WEDNESDAY, THE 13TH OF MAY 2026 AT 7:00 P.M. as the set time for the public hearing on: Application APTR26-0001; 12991 Pierce Road (503-16-047); Keyur Shaw. The property owner is appealing the decision that tree permit application (TRP26 0081) is incomplete. The permit request is to remove one coast live oak tree located on the property line shared with a neighboring property.
