The property owner is appealing the decision that tree permit application (TRP26 0081) is incomplete. The permit request is to remove one coast live oak tree located on the property line shared with a neighboring property. Each of the three lots will include a three-story single-family residence of 2,489, 2,346, and 2,409 sq. ft. respectively with the third lot additionally having a 635 sq. ft. attached accessory dwelling unit (ADU). Two protected trees are proposed for removal. The site is zoned R-1-10,000 with a General Plan Designation of Medium Density Residential (M-10).
