NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PERTAINING TO FEES NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Donner Summit Public Utility District at the regular meeting on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at 6:00 p.m., or as soon as possible thereafter, in the Board Room, 53823 Sherritt Lane Soda Springs, to consider the following: Description: Adopt Administrative Fees to be charged for one-time, non-recurring services that are not part of routine operations. Administrative Fees ensure that the service provided is not subsidized by customers who do not require the services. Administrative Fees are proposed for the following services: Will Serve Letter, Escrow Demand and Inspection, Escrow Re-Inspection, Encroachment Permit, New Service Application, Inspection – Encroachment, Inspection – New Service. Information required by the California Government Code, including the estimated cost to provide the services, may be obtained by contacting the District at spalmer@dspud.com. Public Comments: Public comments in either oral or written form may be presented during the public hearing. Those who wish to provide comments in advance may email comments to spalmer@dspud.com by 4:00pm, April 21, 2026 in order to be reviewed prior to the hearing.
