NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD PROPOSED REVISION TO THE CITIZENS PARTICIPATION PLAN CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM The City of South San Francisco is proposing a revision to its Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Citizen Participation Plan ("The Plan"). The Plan outlines the City's policies and procedures for public involvement in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of CDBG-funded programs and activities. The proposed revision will revise the Citizen Participation Plan to update public noticing requirements, modify public comment periods, and clarify substantial amendment thresholds.
