Public hearing on ACE fare increase scheduled for April 30, 2026.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE SAN JOAQUIN REGIONAL RAIL COMMISSION NOTICE IS GIVEN that beginning at 8:30 am, on April 30, 2026 (or as soon as the matter can be heard thereafter) at Robert J. Cabral Station, Headquarters of the San Joaquin Regional Rail Commission (SJRRC), Board Room, 949 E. Channel St. Stockton, CA 95202, a public hearing will be held to receive oral and written statements regarding the Adoption of an ACE Fare Increase, Rounded up or down to the Nearest $1.00, for all ACE Service Fare Media of 10% Effective July 1, 2026, and Increase of?10% Effective July 1, 2027. All persons interested in this matter are invited to be present. Cabral, sede de la Comisi¢n Regional de Ferrocarril de San Joaquin (SJRRC), Sala de Juntas, 949 E. Channel St., Stockton, CA 95202, se llevar  a cabo una audiencia p£blica para recibir declaraciones orales y escritas respecto a la adopci¢n de un aumento en las tarifas de ACE, redondeado hacia arriba o hacia abajo al d¢lar m s cercano ($1.00), para todos los tipos de tarifas del servicio ACE del 10% con vigencia a partir del 1 de julio de 2026, y un aumento adicional del 10% con vigencia a partir del 1 de julio de 2027.
